How do I get started with AIL International prepaid phone Calling Card service?

First you need to register with AIL International prepaid phone Calling Card service. You can then logon to the system any time and buy the card you need. If you are resgistered user of AIL, then simply use your existing user name and password to activate your account and then proceed purchasing one of our calling cards.

How to enquire about phone card or calling card, I mean rates, access numbers, technical support etc?

You can click on a calling card which you want to enquire, on the home page and then click on the access numbers or rates which are displayed below each calling card.

What do I do if I foget my user name and password?

There is option on logon page to retrieve your user name and password. You need to type your user name(if known), or email address that you will provide when registering, AIL will send you user name and password to your email address once your identity is varified. |

What do I do if I forget the card PIN number?

You can see your history of purchased items once you log on to the AIL Calling Cards, and from there you can get all the informaiton you need. Or you can mail to AIL on support@ailcallingcards.com.au
